Data security
Secure accommodation
All data are hosted on infrastructure cloud, certified ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR-completionvia our partners Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
End-to-end encryption
We use industrial level encryption protocols (TLS/SSL 256 bits) for secure data exchange, in transit as at rest.
Access management
Access to data is strictly limited authorized members of the Imagine Data team. Role management and enhanced authentication protocols (MFA) are implemented.
Ongoing monitoring
We are implementing a active monitoring servers, automated alerts, audit logs and incident response plans.
GDPR Compliance
Imagine Data Respects all obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) :
- Collection and processing exclusively for B2B purposes
- Data minimization: only strictly necessary data are processed
- Data pseudonymized / anonymized if necessary
- Explicit consent for any processing for marketing purposes
