The site imagin-data.io is available free of charge to any user with Internet access.
Access to certain services requires creating an account or demonstration request.
Imagine Data strives to maintain access to the site 24/7, but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updating or in case of force majeure.
4. Proposed services
Imagine Data offers a SaaS platform for:
- Real-time B2B visitor detection
- Behavioural scoring based on signs of intent
- Sending real-time alerts to marketing and marketing teams
- Integration with third-party CRM and tools (Hubspot, Make, Microsoft, etc.)
Some services are available in version POC (Proof of Concept), other in full commercial version.
5. Obligations of the user
The user undertakes to:
- Use the site and services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.
- Do not affect the safety, integrity or proper functioning of the site.
- Provide accurate information when registering or contacting.
6. Intellectual property

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall be conferred on the Courts of Paris.
